My day at home...
Haiz... Miss My Darling so so much...
I think I did an out of my mind thing... Ur missy here step into the kitchen and cook... hehehe... was a success wor... I cook gingko nut barley with beancurd skin... nice leh... hehehe... Seldom see me step into the kitchen unless necessary... hehehe... Had egg tart and fruit tart today too... Ms Lee was the one that made the tart... Was nice too...
Aiya... Actually did not want to step into the kitchen one but because daddy ytd don allow me to go ubin so ended up look at website den found out that singapore is so small... no where to go... so ended up stayed at home and decided to cook some dessert that i felt like eating for very long liao... hehehe
Ingredients needed...
Gingko nuts
Beancurd skin
Egg
Barley
Rock Sugar...
Next will be the cooking of the dessert itself...
Boil the barley first...
Followed by adding the beancurd skin...and rock sugar...
Last but not least the gingko nut and egg and left to cook till the barley is soft...
